Today, she serves as a Yoga Lecturer at Mangalayatan University, where she brings a blend of ancient yogic wisdom and modern scientific understanding into her teachings. With over six years of experience, she has touched many lives by helping students develop physical strength, emotional resilience, and mental clarity.
In the same middle, I am also learning Kathak Dance under my guru-shishya paramapara, I did a 6-year course in Kathak visharad and excelled there and now I have completed Master of Arts in Kathak. I have done so many workshops padamshri dr Guru shri Puru Dadhich . Apart from this, I worked with many government organisations. Apart from this, I worked with many government organisations. Her training from Sarva Yoga, where she mastered 25 distinct styles of yoga, expanded her approach beyond the mat — embracing yoga as a lifestyle. Whether it’s conducting classes, mentoring students, or engaging in university-level activities like sports, NSS, UBA, and student welfare, Bhavana brings heartfelt dedication to everything she does.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Yoga Sciences, her research is focused on Chitta Shuddhi (purification of consciousness) and global women’s health, reflecting her deep commitment to using yoga as a tool for healing and empowerment.
She is fluent in Hindi, Sanskrit, English, and Punjabi, and believes that yoga is not just a subject to teach — it is a path to live, share, and evolve.
